These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of products sold by Nerd Herd Technology Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our") under the brand Nerdee. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms in full. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
1. About Our Product
Stocks Nerd is a physical card game designed and manufactured in India. Each order constitutes a one-time purchase of 1 unit containing 96 cards. Digital versions of the game are not offered.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. We currently ship only within India.
3. Orders & Payment
All orders are processed through our payment partner, Razorpay. By placing an order you confirm that the payment details provided are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method. An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and issue a full refund in such cases.
4. Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please review your order details carefully before completing checkout.
5. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and payment has been collected. We are a small business and each order is fulfilled on a per-order basis, so we are unable to accommodate refund requests for change of mind, delayed delivery within the stated timeframe, or any other reason outside of product damage (see Exchange Policy below).
6. Shipping Policy
We ship across India. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, please allow 5–10 business days for delivery depending on your location. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or factors outside our control.
- Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout and are non-refundable.
- We ship via trusted courier partners. A tracking number will be shared once your order is dispatched.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
- Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate before placing your order.
7. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only in the following circumstance:
- You received a product that is physically damaged or defective upon delivery.
To initiate an exchange request, you must contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the delivery date with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photograph of the damaged or defective product
- A brief description of the damage
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement unit to be shipped to you at no additional cost. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, cosmetic preferences, or any reason other than damage.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the Stocks Nerd game design, card artwork, logos, and copy — is the property of Nerd Herd Technology Pvt. Ltd. and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nerd Herd Technology Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the order in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or purchase of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
